You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing support and guidance to customers while efficiently resolving logistical challenges associated with order preparation.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Advisor - Customer Service Excellence
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online channels.
- Support customers in navigating product information and making informed decisions.
- Process sales orders.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer needs.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the wider team.
Essential Customer Advisor Skills and Experience
- Prior experience with customer service and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
- Prior experience working within a team.
- Excellent standard of written communication - clear, concise and error-free.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly with CRM or order management systems.
- Proactive team player; able to proactively problem-solve and communicate across multiple departments.
- Adaptable approach to changing schedules and new challenges.
