Role Overview
We are currently seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience Team. As a Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a strong relationship with our customers - providing a proactive and seamless experience, supporting the sales process and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and friendly customer service, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to respond to customer queries.
- Process and manage orders efficiently and accurately per process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and to enhance the customer experience.
- Communicate proactively with customers about their order status.
- Keep a brief record of customer interactions to share customer insights and potential with your external sales buddy. Further, support your external sales buddy with key communication points and information.
- To find opportunities around buying patterns, such as following up on sample requests or advising customers on new lines and services (i.e., warm sales leads).
Essential Customer Service Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is highly advantageous.
- Ability to operate in an environment where there is a large or complex range of products and services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build customer rapport.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Proficiency with bespoke software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptable and open to learning new processes and technologies.
