At Panaz, we pride ourselves on being pioneers in the textile industry, delivering exceptional fabrics to hospitality, healthcare, and workspace sectors. We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a Print Room Operative, a key role in our quality control and production processes.

Print Room Operative Responsibilities:

• Printing samples of fabrics to the correct quality & specification. 
• Creating production masters to be used in quality control. 
• Check & adjust the print motor speeds using the print machine speed sheet. 
• Conduct quality checks on finished products, identifying any defects.
• Keep the print room clean and organised.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Basic maths skills to measure and then calculate fabric lengths. 
• Excellent attention to detail.
• IT literate- there will be some scanning and producing labels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various teams.

Personal Attributes for Success

• Commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical capability to lift up to 20kg rolls onto the machine and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude with the resilience to adapt to changing demands.
• Reliable with a can-do attitude.
