Temporary Customer Service (Sampling) Administrator
Panaz are an award-winning, market-leading supplier of textiles for hospitality, healthcare, and workspace customers. We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented administrator with an immediate start for a temporary assignment ongoing until at least April 2025.
Our samples are an important part at the start of our customer journey - where key Hospitality, Healthcare and Workspace clients are able to view the quality and design of our specialist textile products, which in turn inspire their interior design choices and future product orders.
The successful candidate for this role would be;
- Entering and updating customer account information.
- Processing customer sample requests.
- Supporting the wider Customer Service Team as required.
Core hours of work are 37.5 hours per week between 8.30 am and 5 pm. Monday to Friday, with an early Finish Friday at 3pm.
