Role Overview
We seek a dedicated Made to Measure Coordinator to be central to our custom textile solutions team. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a passion for interiors and design, and the ability to manage projects and support others in a collaborative environment. You will liaise with customers and suppliers, ensuring that every bespoke order reflects our commitment to quality and customer excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee made-to-measure textile orders (curtains, bedding, cushions) from measurement to order, makeup, and installation, ensuring precision and adherence to customer requirements.
- Using bespoke IT systems to manage and generate invoices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, fostering a cooperative environment to meet project goals efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders.
Preferred Skills and Qualities
- Exceptional administration skills coupled with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to translate measurements and customer requests.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bespoke systems.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A demonstrated passion for interior design and textiles, aligned with career aspirations in the industry.

- Initiative-driven, able to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Committed and calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple project deadlines at once.
- A natural collaborator and team player focused on customer excellence and efficiency.
- You also need to be good at maths, as this role will require manual calculations and measurements for making curtains.
