Customer Service Administrator
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated individual to join our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you would play an essential part in continuing our promise to deliver "an unrivalled customer experience." by,
- Coordinating the activities that lead to customer product selection, i.e., advising on product, stock levels, delivery times and sampling.
- Ensure orders are administered accurately and dispatched promptly.
- Collaborating with the sales, supply chain and warehouse teams.
- Proactively handling customer feedback and communications.
To be considered for this role, you would,
- Preferably be experienced in a customer service role.
- Passionate about your impact on our customers' experience.
- Be proficient in using CRM systems / bespoke software and Microsoft Suites.
- Able to learn and retain a vast amount of product and service knowledge - our capabilities and product ranges are enormous!
- Attentive to detail and accurate.
- Responsible for the quality of your work.
- Flexible and adaptable towards new developments, particularly IT systems-based improvements.
- A confident, friendly and professional communicator - by phone and by email.
- Organised.
